About Me
Hi, my names Nathan Buckingham and I'm a Spiritual Life Coach and the creator and owner of Integral Alchemy Academy and I wish you a very warm welcome.
So about me, in a nutshell I am somebody that has gone through life that has experienced my fair share of difficulties and challenges in regards to being raised in a toxic and abusive environment.
The types of abuse I have experienced have been related to emotional abuse, physical abuse and emotional neglect that caused me to feel suicidally depressed, socially and generally anxious and lost as a person.
Upon becoming aware of how I felt and the sorts of negative thoughts and beliefs I had I knew I had to fix this, fix me, or rather the parts of me that where really hurt and damaged, to heal my inner child. That lead me on a journey of self help healing that consisted of doing all my own research and trying out and experimenting with so many different ways to heal that where suggested to me by the Internet, Therapists, Friends, Family and Spiritual Teachers in order to heal my emotional wounds and negative thoughts and beliefs I had and are still working through, I am not perfect by any means but I am a world away from who I thought I was and I experience so much more gratitude, peace, contentment, confidence and self love I never thought possible and now I want to share that with you reading this because I dont like seeing people think so low of themselves when in my eyes you are a magnificent, powerful, infinite, universal creator being that is waiting to be uncaged.
